aspergestijd (again) this year i have overdone it and eaten white asparagus so many times that it almost does not seem worth taking photos of it and putting it online and going on and on about it like i have the last couple of years, but it is just so good and my all time fave dutch delight, that i have to post at least one picture this time i used those little red potatoes, which just pop in your mouth. and it's butter sauce with chives from my own garden.
